Disgusting Service from Clearance Warehouse

I’ve purchased Sofas from Clearance warehouse in Durban Paid in September 2022 and sofa’s was delivered in October 11th 2022 as they needed to order from the factory

On delivery the sofas had some defects and I asked the driver if i could return it immediately He advised me to take pictures and email to customer service With in an hour of delivery I reported the issue

I have had no contact from them in weeks So I called to follow up only to be transferred to different numbers and no answer I eventually call the sales lady and get a hold of the manager who was absolutely rude to me and failed to assist as she can not resolve the issue,she has no loan unit can’t do anything about it

I gave them 3 options repair mine,replace it or refund me They unfortunately did not have a loan unit and I asked for a replacement or refund it’s now November 2022

I now am dealing with a lady from customer service I explained to her that I’m having family over and it’s too late to now to get me a loan unit I want a replacement or refund this is now December 2022

I am now being ignored,no answer of calls or WhatsApp messages I only get feedback if I called It’s been 3 months of a nightmare The service is absolutely disgusting

I’m so upset I want my refund and they do not want to assist me at all
