Disgusting, poor, useless.

Disgusting, poor service they offering at Springfield, Durban branch. 26.04.2022 I paid off my lay bye. I was told to wait 18-25 days for my order to be delivered. On the 25 th day I ,yes me called them to find. Out about order, I was told "Ohhh the fabric u requested is no longer available, so you need to choose another fabric for your lounge suite ".. had I not called,no one was going to inform me. Till today I'm still waiting for my order, wish they told me that they this Lough suite from overseas, because it's taking forever.

As for the store "manager" veloshni who's very good at ignoring me, I'm tempted to paY your store a little visit, I'm not that rich to be giving away thousands of rands. Your services deserves less than 1 star ,0.

The only thing keeping me from dropping over there is the fact that I hate colour orange.
