Disgusted in the service at Clearance Warehouse Durban

I have purchased an Lshaped lounge suite from Clearance Warehouse in Durban 28/11/2021 and paid in cash for the lounge suite. I had a problem with a two seater and contacted them and they came to collected it from residence. Up to date I have not received any outcome from them. I am a pensioner so every cent count I have spent a large sum of money on airtime to contact them. In the beginning they gave me endless promises but now they just cut the call when they keep me on hold.I have written numerous emails to them and no response. I would appreciate if someone could please assist me on the best way forward. I am not willing to loose the couch I have paid cash for. If they can not replace it then give me the money back.
