Disgusted by the poor service

My sister purchased a lounge suite from Springfield branch in Nov 2022. She expected delivery to take place in December 2022, only to be pushed around with no explanation. The sales rep who claims to be the store manager, Veloshni, claimed that there was nothing she could do. After much disappointment my sister finally requested a refund on the 02nd of Feb 2023 and was told it will be made on 16th March 2023. It is now the 28th of March 2023 and no apology and no payment has been made. What a nightmare.
