Disgraceful and Poor customer service

Disgraceful and poor Service from Clearance Warehouse Durban.They are very fast to say yes we have stock and they pay cash for the Items and only to finf out after a while that they cant provide the stuff what was order.Durban Manager is full of excuses and doesn't know how to speak to customers. I request a full refund for the stuff that i have purchased and will never purchase again from this store.Dont make promises to customers if you can keep up to it.Items paid in full in November 2021 and to date i still haven't received them.So customers out there please be aware of this.
