Disappointing service

I bought a lounge suite from Clearance Warehouse (Montana) on 6 January 2022 and had great service from Godfrey. On 7 January 2022 I received a WhatsApp text stating that the lounge suite will be delivered within 20 working days. After numerous calls to the call centre and no clear I dictation on when the lounge suite would be delivered, I finally received the lounge suite on 12 March 2022. On 16 April I sent an email to report that the three-seater was making squeaky sounds on 19 April 2022 I was asked to send a video of the sounds which I did. On 21 April 2022 I received correspondence that the logistics department would be in touch with me for collection. The couch was collected on 6 May 2022 and returned on 12 May 2022. On 14 May 2022 I sent an email to report that the couch was still making squeaky sounds; with follow up on 24 May 2022 and 6 June 2022 as I had not received correspondence. On 7 June my email was acknowledged then there was no further correspondence. I followed up on 17 June 2022. On 7 July the couch was assessed by someone from Clearance Warehouse and collection for repairs was done on 12 July 2022. The couch was returned on 19 July 2022 and it was still making squeaky sounds. I sent an email on 24 July 2022 to report the matter and I was once again asked to send a video on 03 August 2022 to which I refused because the couch was assessed yet not repaired. I am still awaiting any correspondence to this day (16 August 2022). I am very disappointed about the whole situation because the couch has gone for repairs twice yet it still has a fault. The sound sounds like cracked wood.

Reviewer Update
I was called on 04 October 2022 (without having rep**** to my email from 03 August 2022) to arrange for replacement of the faulty three-seater couch. I was out of town at the time so I was called on Monday and arranged for delivery today, Wednesday, 12 October 2022.
The delivery guys arrived around 13:30 took the faulty couch out and when they brought the replacement couch in I realised it is the wrong colour!! My lounge suite is light brown and a dark brown three-seater was delivered to me.
The driver then gave me the number of a supervisor, Lucinda, who told me that the couch came straight from the supplier and that it would have to be returned and I would have to wait for another one to be ordered. She did say they would try to rush the order, but that is irrelevant at this point. How in the world does an order get made without checking the original invoice to ensure the correct product is ordered? Also, with the order being rushed what guarantee do I have that I won't get another faulty couch?
