Disappointing customer service

On Monday 2021/01/18 I bought two sleeper couches from Clearance Warehouse in Boksburg. (We saw the couches in their packaging outside the shop on Saturday 2021/01/16). When I got home and opened the first couch to assemble, I saw that the whole couch was soaking wet. I immediately contacted the nr *** (for Boksburg branch) but came out at Midland branch. They listened to my complaint and transferred me to Boksburg branch. I spoke to Suanne at Boksburg and she asked me to send photos to her on the store whatsapp nr ***. I sent her the photos. She promised to send the paperwork to customer care. This was 11:20 am. I did not get any feedback and at 12:06 I got another number on the invoice for customer care and sent a message to them as well. At 13:33 I got a message from Sharon from CWA customer care asking me if we picked up the couches or if they were delivered. I told her I fetched it myself. She asked if it was only stains and I said that its not stained, but wet. It did not rain at all when I collected the couches. She said that she will speak to the Branch in Boksburg and give me a call shortly. I never heard anything after that. My messages are not even read or rep**** to. On 2021/01/19 I called customer care on *** and spoke to Buntu. I explained my problem and he told me that he can't work on Sharon's case and that she will have to attend to my complaint. Later on I asked Sharon again on the whatsapp nr to give me feedback. To dat I did not receive any feedback from Customer care. I paid R4300 for the couches but can't use it. I'm very disappointed in their service. All I want is for them to come and fetch these soaking wet couches and replace them with dry new ones. I don't want these couches as the wood will be rotten soon because of the water. I suspect that the couches was left outside the shop in the rain.
