Disappointed

Hello guys, on the 08 of February I purchased a couch from your branch in centurion, I was told my furnitures will be delivered within 3 days to 5 days. I then got a call saying delivery will be on the 11th, I asked to be off at work on that day and no one showed up, I received another call on the 15 that my couch is coming I didn’t go to work again so that I can receive it. At this point I called the branch where I had made the purchase (Centurion) to try and get clarity on the matter, and got referred to your logistics department, always. I must indicate that the service I got via telecom was rather rude, unprofessional and full of lies and because I was persistent they ended up dropping my phone calls when they heard it was me on the line. These have cost me valuable time at work as I had to asked to be excused, I lost days of salaries because of this, I’m really disappointed at your services! With this said: when can I expect my furniture!
