Despicable/Unsatisfactory Service

I was surprised about how many people were affected by this company but I am not surprised by the reasons they put on this platform because I am also a victim. We purchased goods on the 29th Jan 2021 at the Centurion Branch, before the transaction could be completed, we were told that our goods were in stock and we should received delivery within 14 working days and that agreement never happened.

We have been following up on our delivery ever since on a weekly basis only to be told today that the goods they have received is damaged and we will only receive our goods on Friday. What makes me angry is the lack of communication we received from the company and if there was communication after we call them off course, they kept on making false promises and never delivered on their promises. The drop calls, wow! I don't want to even go there.

Almost 6 weeks later, we are still waiting for our goods to be delivered.
