Despicable service

This has been the most despicable experience ever. I have never seen such awful customer service. I am not entirely sure who is more useless at this company. Bought a lounge suite, didn't receive the same suite as I ordered, then not even 2 weeks after I received it, and the cushion ripped, took them 1 full month to replace the set. What did I get? A faulty set! Reported it to Ellen, Sharon, Zaide and Clarice, and no one is even the least bit bothered about this. I am not leaving this here, I guarantee you.
