Delivered Broken Couches & Unable to collect

I bought couches in December 2022 from the Centurion branch. The couches were delivered on the 19th of December 2022. The delivery personnel realized that the couches could not be linked together as they a 3 piece. He later returned to try and fix them and that didn't materialize. He was advised by his superior that the couches should go back to the factory and the agreement was that they should collect them after the 25th of December 2022. On the 28th of December 2022 I called them to find out when were they collecting the couches and I was told they will come back to me, of which they never did. I then called again on the 29th of December 2022 to follow up and then I was told they have to put it in planning. I then contacted the salesperson(Donald) who assisted me when I bought the couches, then on the same day via whatsapp and he told me he has escalated the issue to customer care. Today it's the 5th of January 2023 and the couches have not been collected.
