DEFECTIVE COUCH

I purchased a couch at the Centurion branch on the 12th of June 2022 and it was delivered 3 days later. Within 5 days I noticed a defect and informed the person the sales person (Louis) about the defect and he promised to have it sorted out. I have been sent from pillar to post and referred me to Crosby who also promised to resolve the matter. Till to date nothing has happened. I asked for a refund as I simply hate the couch now. Nothing still. POOR QUALITY AND EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
