Damaged Dinning Set

I've bought a brand new dining room sets but when it was delivered, table looked second hand with chips, the whole set got wet in the rain when it was delivered, the table stood on wet grass outside for almost an hour before they brought it inside. I've requested a refund and return of the set. To this day, more then 2 weeks ago, still nothing. My query is not being addressed, the uplift of the set not being done, I've dealt with 2 diff agents, sent them pics of the damages , explained my story, i've send my banking details as they requested but it's the same story every that they will revert back but no one does.
