Damage claim non responsive / Landlines not answered

Terrible after sale service, Our damage claim has been brought under their attention on the 12/01/2021, we are in contact with a lady on Whatsapp as this is the only comunication method we have been given their landlines are not answered at all. Almost every 2nd day we ask if the claim has been processed and the only response we got was "Sorry I was in a meeting" and mostly "I will follow up and revert back to you" this one we get everyday. this is really unacceptable as the material of where the structure snapped is tearing and now I am going to demand for the material to be replaced aswell, If we could have only made arrangements sooner the material would have been fine. This is extremely frustrating.
