CWA doesn't take their customers serious AT ALL.
I paid off my New Jersey couches on the 26th of August and i was told that it would take 14 days for delivery, i called their stock department last week and they told me their ETA is the 17th September, today i call to find out if they have received them and the guy told me "No". What im failing to understand is that why is this okay with CWA top management to allow such inadequate customer satisfaction to become a thing with their brand? It is not okay to keep customers who have long paid for their items beyond the turn around time you promised them. I do not have anywhere to sit at the moment, my son and i are always in the bedroom because we do not have couches. This is not okay, the lack of consideration for your customers is upsetting. The fact that u make no effort to communicate with us when you can't deliver in time is what makes this even worse. unfortunately for me there is nothing i can do about this but i will never again support your store, or even promote it to anyone i know. Customer satisfaction is a very important aspect of a successful business and losing me as a customer is not only a loss of one person but anyone around my circle n their circle. How i wished you could have proved me wrong.
