Customer service

Good dav I returned lounge suite which was bought in montana clearance warehouse within 7days of delivery, so they forced to give me a voucher which I refused to take since i was offered to choose anything in the store which I deeply appreciated. Unfortunately there is nothing I like. i want my money back to look elsewhere so they refused to give money back they give a voucher which restrict me to buy only from clearance warehouse. I have tried to engage with them through customer service but it looks like they are not interested . Please assist me on this
