The customer care assistant, Buntu, helped me immensely when I decided to reach out to the customer service department after the company gave me a difficult time with EVERYTHING. I purchased furniture and when the delivery date came my products didn't arrive. When I called they told me there was a delay and I would receive my purchases in the next week. A monthts later I still hadn't received all my purchases, the ones I had received were faulty and had to be returned. Buntu helped me immensely, he tackled my problem head on and within days my issue was solved.
