Customer satisfaction

I was browsing Facebook and an advert of sale from clearance warehouse popped, I took interest and I clicked the whatsapp tab and I was assisted. I took a screenshot of what I wanted and sent the sales Rep at the Centurion branch (Malebo is her name). She then send me pictures of the item I took interest on since I am residing in a different province and wouldn't be able to visit the store physically. I was sceptical because of the ****s on our social media platforms but she would call then I gained trust. She sent the banking details then I paid. I explained that I won't have transport to fetch the item she must keep it in store until such time. She sent me my invoice and kept the item. Today I am making my third purchase. I am happy with all my furniture purchases, their wood is of good quality and the price is affordable. I can't wait for my latest collection, I'd swear I'm now addicted to this store, even marked it on Facebook every post I'm first to see it and I send Malebo immediately.
