Customer ignored after countless follow-ups

I purchased two occasional chairs on the 3rd of July on Clearance Warehouse Africa’s Online store/e-commerce website. I followed up immediately after receiving confirmation that payment has gone through. I asked how soon do I have to wait to receive my items and I was told two weeks. A week and a half later i was contacted and told that only then they had received payment confirmation and my order will take two weeks later. Last Week Friday on the 24th of July I followed up again on WhatsApp as to when I’d receive my items as two weeks had gone by with no luck of communication from them. Again today the 2nd of August I followed up on WhatsApp and was ignored. I paid R 6 900 for these items, the money I spent is no joke and is a lot of money. I just want what I purchased and I’ll never bother them again.
