****** and sold rejects of furniture worth R35 500.

This is my 2nd review without any assistance. In june 2020 i purchased a dinning room set and a loung set both amounting to R35 500.00. After a couple of days i realised that the dinning room table had cracks i reported the matter to a lady called Ellen and i was told my matter will be handled and a new table will be delivered. Some time went by with no respond. I did a follow up and Ellen referred me to her managed who just didnt care and left me there hanging. I kept calling sending messages with no respond. Am assuming they told their staff not to answer my calls because communication with them its via cellphone. Months went by doing follow ups with nothing but lies of being promised to be called back. In November i drove all the way to centurion to get physical help say not only did the table have cracks but it started to loose its form of standing and the couchs caved in. I spoke to the mananger at clearance warehouse in centurion where he said he is heading to the head office to get answers he left me in the handa of a gentleman called Gerrad who claimed to assist me dn at a later stage when I tried to get feedback i was told he no longer works for them. Now no 1 is willing to assist me i spent my R35 500 on rejects. I want my money back and they must fetch their rejects of furniture. Since June 2020 until now no assistance...
