Couches not received

I see that this is a norm for this company. I ordered couches on 21 April 2022 and till this day I have not the couches. I have made multiple follow ups, phone calls, messages and I still have not received the couches I paid in full for. One consultant even wanted to offer me a different set of couches which are ugly and totally different colour to what I bought, if I wanted different couches I would have bought different couches. I have done phone call follow ups, WhatsApp follow ups and have tried the company Facebook inbox. You have no problem taking payment however when you have to deliver you make your clients life hell. You’re disgusting to say the very least. I need you to immediately refund me and I need this done today in order for me to purchase couches somewhere else where I will actually receive the product after I have made payment. You are disgusting
