Couch which broke few days after i bought it

I bought a couch from the Centurion branch and after few days when i sat on it it broke, i tried to contact them for a replacement and they took me from pillar to post, i will never ever buy from this company again, their customer service is bad, is like once they have the money what followd with their products is none of their concern, i was so dissapointed and I WILL NEVER EVER, I LEARNED MY LESSON.
