*Cosby* a horrible customer care manager who does not value customers nor have customer experience skills. He is very rude and has no sense of taking ownership and resolving any issue all he kept on saying I'll send an email by close of business no sensitivity what so ever, how does a company trust and rely on such a person who has no customer experience and is not able to put clients on the center of thier business? I mean there's so many words he could have used and assuring me that this matter will be resolved I am from 2020 till today am getting run arounds. Laila called on the 16th of May and never got back to me cause wow invoice number can not be located on the system.... *HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE*, every person I will engage with will definitely till them not to come near clearance warehouse. Till now 15:28 no correspondence
