Complimentary Review for Sharon

I would like to compliment one of CW Africa Midrand Branch employee Sharon for the excellent service she provided me last month when I was buying couches. Sharon helped me during the process of buying my mom's sofas and my couch. The entire process was stress free. The couch that I bought was faulty and I knew it was faulty when I bought it but when I got to my place I realized that the fault I was told about was not the only one. I went back and explained to them what I have noticed with the couch. I was against the deadline because I was moving to Cape Town and already booked a truck for moving my stuff. Sharon helped me through the process of exchanging my couch with no fuss. Long story short I got my new couch before the truck collected my stuff. I wouldn't have done it if it wasn't for her. Thumbs up to her. Our industries needs people like her.
