Colorado Brown couch :Poor service
I bought a couch from their Centurion store and I have been waiting for more than one month to receive my couch . I was told I will receive my order 3 weeks back but all I have been getting are excuses and false promises .I’ve been the one who has to call them constantly to find out what’s happening I even personally went to the shop personally . They are so unhelpful and Veloshnee the store manager there is even rude . At this point I’m so exhausted of following them around for something I have paid for .

27 Aug 2021, 21:25My couch only got delivered today after all this trouble .Only finally started making process once I got in contact with Zelda from Customer service who even tried to get me in contact with the stock manager . The only good thing about this whole experience is that the couch I got is quite good quality and I’m happy with it ??
