Clearance warehouse ******* and most pathetic service ever

I purchased and paid in full for a 3 piece new york pounge suite on 15th February. I was told to wait 18 days for my purchase to be delivered to me and its now gone over a month and I'm still waiting

In this time I have tried contacting for a follow up and each time I call I'm getting a different person and different excuse. I was given the marketing persons email and to this day I have not heard back from her. I was give Lucinda's number whose apparently the head of the warehouse and she too jus doesn't bother getting back to you as she promises. She leaves messages on read and ignores you

I am appalled and more shock that I see people complaining here of the very same thing I'm going through with this company. They should be exposed for what they doing as in these times of struggle they are ripping people off and taking them for a ride.

I am highly frustrated with the unprofessional and unhelpful team of CWA. I'm practically wasting airtime, my time my energy to try and make contact everyday with these people

I requested my money back and since then i am ignored further.

People need to be made aware what a terrible after sales service they can be getting themselves in to. This is totally unacceptable and truly horrible!
