Clearance warehouse Springfield & Customer (doesn't) care

Avoid Clearance Warehouse at all COSTS!!!! I have been waiting for the lounge suite for 2 months now only to be told i need to wait another whole month!!! this too only after i have called them and call numerous times to the extent of the branch manager disregarding my calls and reading my whatsapp messages but not responding. the call center is even more pathetic, spoke to an agent, Brian, refuses to listen to me or transfer me to another agent and i am told i am not a customer to "them". has the audacity to cut the call whilst i am speaking and does this 6 more times , when i asked to speak to his manager he told me he is the manager. Seriously?? this is utterly disgusting behavior and no way to treat customers, this is absolutely infuriating
