Clearance Warehouse poor product and service

Around the 8th of October 2021 we purchased a lounge set from this company, when we took delivery, what I can only describe as back yard manufacturing, how they are so big remains a mystery, fabric coming apart, and the handrest was actually patched, pillows torn, inside the pillows was an even more sore sight, the material is sort of woven together, they are coming loose all over, I have seen soffas for half the price look twice as better, I can't describe how bad it is, only pictures tell the real story. We have been promised since the day we recieved it they will exchange the set, it's the 10th of Feb, 5 months and no joy, spoke to the national sales manager in midrand, promised me by end Jan I'll have my new set after requesting a refund,now he doesn't respond to the messages, but he gave me the number to contact him directly, all round from top to bottom poor service. The sent on the floor looked good, what we got was nothing short of absolutely poor workmanship, where is your quality control, they have strung us along for over 5 months. I recommend no one spend money here especially when there is so many cheaper guys with excellent quality and workmanship, we where testing the waters with clearence warehouse, big mistake.
