Clearance warehouse , lounge suite deffected

Purchased from spring field park branch a warren 3x3 corner lounge suite an received it in middle June, but it was a big disappointment complained in July to manager Veloshnie, sent her pics via whatsapp, visited the store an called the store but to date no one has come out to assess the factory defects.. the cushions vary in density, one leg fell off, the seat is sinking, the underneath shows very poor workmanship. Having being affected by the April floods an hence purchased the Warren lounge suite due to this, the after service from Veloshnie is pathetic, being a manger you lead from the front, she assisted us when were purchasing the lounge suite, our money was good then but she doesn't want to entertain the complaint... we are highly disappointed.
