Clearance Warehouse is useless!!!!!

I am appauled by the unprofessionalism of Clearance Warehouse, my husband and I purchased a couch on 2 July and we were told that it will take 18 working days to manufacture since they did not have stock.

We called in to query the status of our order and were advised that we can only query after 18 working days. We waited for the specified amount of days to pass and called in again. This time we were struggling to get through to an agent and were then transferred to many different departments with no such luck.

I then called head quarters today to query the status of my order and the customer care agent tranferred me to the Centurion branch where I purchased the couch. There was no answer, 10 minutes of my life wasted.

I then had to call in again and the agent could now check for my order. She advised that she could not get feedback from the stock department, and another 10 minutes of my life wasted, as well as my airtime. She then advised that she will call me back after 30 minutes.

She called back only to advise me that the couches will only be ready next week Wednesday.

Clearance Warehouse could not even call in advance to inform us of the delay. I am disgusted by the fact that you were quick to take my money but very slow to deliver on your promise.
