Clearance warehouse is a ****

Woooooorse experience eveeeer!!!! Ordered a couch from Springfield branch in December 2022, was told to wait 8 weeks after 8 weeks I had to phone them n do the follow up and I was told long stories about the supplier. Which was a lie. Now I must beg for my refund, which I'm not sure I'm ever gonna get cos the Head office told me they haven't received any documents from Springfield requesting my refund meanwhile the manager says she sent them. And why must I wait 30 days for my refund and not 7 days since you the ones at fault ??? There is absolutely no urgency in helping out customers from the branch right to the head office. I feel ****med and will definitely not recommend anyone to buy from them. I will take the matter up with the Ombudsman, this is ridiculous 😡
