Clearance warehouse furniture is a ****

I order a couch from the Clearance warehouse furniture shop in Umgeni Durban. I waited for 2 months and no stock. They offered me a different set from what I ordered. And I refused. I then requested a refund, which I was told takes 7 days to process. It's been 10 days and it has bot been processed. I am severely disappointed with their service and empty promises.
