Clearance warehouse Centurion bad experience

We bought a leather suite last year in July from them. They told us it was a new suite. After a while the one chair couldn't open anymore. We went back to the store and was told it was a reupholster suite and I had no guarantee but on my invoice it stated that I have a guarantee for a year. They then come to collect my chair and afterwards I didn't hear anything. When we went back to the store it was closed. We phone the number of the store and was told they have moved to Midrand. They confirmed that they've got the chair and will come back to us. Till now we haven't had any feedback from them. As far as I can see they have ****** my chair and runaway wih it.
