I am very disappointed in this company. Especially the new Bloemfontein store that opened up on the 11 Feb 2022. They had a grand opening and I wanted to buy 2x new bed sets. They did not have stock and had to order. That's where the problems started. Have the feeling it was ordered from China. I was told it would take 18 working days. I am very patient so I was glad to wait. But then it turned into 25 days and now I am still waiting. Now it seems even longer. I have received no proper feedback from anyone. Just delays. I had to send emails to customer care, I had to call and go to the store. An informed customer is a happy one and I am not happy with the service. I would not recommend this store.
