Clearance Warehouse Africa pathetic customer service

Clearance Warehouse Africa….Wow!!! Your customer service is such a disappointment and the worst ever! Where do you get a nerve to sell to a customer an Ouray Plasma stand and coffee that has been on display, has cracks and chips all over it, some parts are poorly painted after promising me a brand you product??? As if I was buying used goods?!? When it is clearly stated in you terms and conditions, that the customer must do an inspection after receiving the goods, how did you expect me not to see through the defects?? Who’s job is it to do Quality control checks on your furniture etc? Clearly that person does not care about your credibility as a Company, because no products should be allowed to leave the warehouse in that condition unless it’s used goods sale! After waiting for a month for the table and stand to arrive, promised that it was brand new, what a poor, disappointing, pathetic and unacceptable service!!! Time wasted for nothing, with agents like Luke making empty promises about delivery dates, the miscommunication within the company itself is unbelievable! I won’t be buying from CWA, lesson learned! I am still waiting for my refund of over R27k+ please.
