Clearance warehouse a complete *******!!! Pathetic service

Good day, we bought a lounge set from your randburg store and we are very disappointed with the quality. We complained and nobody is willing to assist us. I require an immediate refund and I want you to collect this lounge set immediately. The lounge set seen in the show room and the one that was delivered is totally different. We requested them to collect the one seater on the same day it was delivered and have not been assisted yet. The couches are very poor quality, does not sit properly on the floor, it sagging and looks years old, very flimsy and looks cheap. We suspect this was a second hand couch which was delivered to us. We bought this set on 24 October and it is almost a month later. Nobody answers the telephone and there is no customer care center department. Contact me as a matter of urgency!!!
