Clearance warehouse

I purchased a lounge suite. Delivery was incorrect i contacted them immediately to say I received the incorrect set.. this occurred in April. Up to now I am still waiting. The manager of the boksburg branch is as no ethics. All he can say is he will pick up the set and refund me, I tried to contact the online chat but there is no assistance there as well. I am absolutely livid with the way I have been treated as a customer. I have all the chats available to share if needs be.
