Cheap lounge suite

Bought a lounge suite in November 21. Had defects from Jan 22. Still not rectified. Staff at Springfield Park make false promises. We asked for a refund cos if an item has defects so soon, wants going to happen in the future. They blame us and say too much traffic and wear and tear. We are 3 adults and no kids.
