Cancellation of account and reversal of Credit

This company is a *****. Stay the hell away. Bought couches at clearance warehouse Newton, they didn't deliver the order. I went to ask for a cancellation and was told by Thabiso, a salesperson at the shop, that the request was sent to their head office. Now I keep on being debited by Fevertree, even though I'm told it was cancelled, and the credit reversed.
