Bed not delivered

Good Day,

I have a very serious problem I recently moved to Pretoria and bought a bed online at CWAfrica. I bought the bed on the 26th of June and had expected it by the 1st of July, I've been communicating with them since my bed is still not delivered, I need help because I asked for refund instead they made it look like they are delivering for three weeks I've been begging for my bed or refund and been sleeping on the floor the whole time. I now just require my money ASAP so that I can by a bed somewhere else. CWAfrica has been taking me for a ride and I don't appreciate. Their service is the worst I received in my entire life.

Kindly assist me as urgent as possible.
