BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, FALSE ADVERTIZATION AND 0% QAULITY FURNITURE. I had a bad experience from purchasing to this day, I paid for couches which I had to do follow ups until they got delivered two months later. Only to find out the couches are damaged and delivered dirty, the delivery people took note of the damages and told me this always happens but they will exchange them. 4 months later I am still home with damaged couches, taken from pillar to post talking to different people with no assistance. today I am told the couches need to be inspected before exchanging them. They call again saying they will check stock first then deliver (same story everyday). BAD SERVICE, BAD ATTITUDE, LAIRS, ********.
