Bad service rendered by the employees and the manager

Bad bad bad service I've ever experienced, from the employees to the manager. They don't update customers about their orders, they just take your money and keep quiet. I order a couch and paid instantly, I was told my order will take 25 working days, it's been 2 months now I haven't received my couch and every time I call to find out what's happening with my order, there's no valid explanation. I escalated the matter to the manager but still, nobody bothers to update me what's taking so long, even the manager doesn't even bother to do proper follow ups. I'm so disappointed at the Montana Pretoria branch, I will never ever purchase anything from them, they better start improving on their services before they lose customers, or worse, before the shop shuts down due to lack of good service delivery.
