Bad service provided

I ordered chairs at the Centurion store a month ago and they have not delivered my chairs. They first delivered incorrect chairs now I am waiting for them to atleast provide feedback. No one is saying anything to me. I have been going to the store and the manager keeps saying they will deliver in the week. It's been a month now.

I should have bought somewhere else. What a waste of my time and energy. Can they atleast refund me if they do not have the chairs?
