Bad service Montana branch

I am extremely disappointed by the furniture shop clearance warehouse Montana. I have order a wingback chair and I was told that I should wait for 14days. I did so. I have followed up to find out if the chair is available they told me they don't have stock. Now I have asked for my refund it has been 6 days waiting for the damn refund. This just tells me that the whole chain of product is a mess. This is a worst and bad service.
