Bad service from Clearance Warehouse

Absolutely terrible service, bought a couch in December 2021 after 5 days the in couch broke. Contacted clearance warehouse Boksberg was told they will replace my couch in the first week of January 2022. Spoke to a lady called by the name of Sharon from customer services that promised my couch will be replaced still date nothing has happened. Spoke to the manager Louis who also promised that mu couch will be replaced till date no replacement. They do not have the common decency to phone me as a client. I have to contact them.

My advice to consumers out there as far as possible try not to purchase any items form Clearance Warehouse. They have no integrity or decency to sort out any problems the customer has
