Bad service

I bought a lounge suite last year April, I paid R45 k for it. I was told its full leather. stared having problems after 3months. My couches stated bulging and the back rest was chipping. I reported it and they came to get the coushins and the back rest coushin, a week. Later they returned them, nothing was fixed they just stuffed them but did not solve the builging issue. They returned back the chipped rest coushin, I sent it back with the delivery guy. Till today I have not received it. I have been calling since last year August till now. I sent emails, what'sapp, calls the customer care... The last guys I spoke to was Vuyo, a month ago, he promised to call and still nothing. Their phone rings off the the hook...
