Bad Service, Bad Experience overall

I have purchased a lounge suite at clearance warehouse on the 29 August 2020 at their Montana branch. The lounge suite was supposed to take 14 working days to be manufactured and delivered. This did not happen and the store have asked me to wait an additional 7 days. After this, there was still no delivery. I went to the store to request a refund on the 24th September 2020. This was suppose to take 4 working days to reflect in my account. This did not happen. I have been calling daily requesting my refund and have been promised feedback and to date I am the one contacting this business to as for a refund. This has come to a situation where I do not have any furniture I have bought or no refund as requested. This has been a horrid experience and would advise that no one should purchase at this business.
