Bad service and potential theft
Bought furniture in December2022 for delivery after 4 weeks. 4 weeks passed i was told that delivery is only in March 2023, i then cancelled and requested a refund, Waiting now nearly 30 business' days, and still not helped. Tried to ask the Centurion branch to speak to a Supervisor or Manger, i was told none is on site. They cant or dont want to supply me with proof that the refund was processed.

08 Mar 2023, 13:10My refund was suppose to be paid out today, called CW spoke to Layla Mentor, she followed up with their finance department and guess what, THEY ALL WENT TO LUNCH.
This is a clear indication that this company has no intention to pay my money back, now to instruct my bank to start the CHARGE BACK process.
