Bad service

Bad experience ever, bought a TV stand for less than 2000, delivery fee 3500, was told that they don't have stock have to wait 4-5 weeks asked for a refund, asked them to send the email to payjustnow regarding the refund and it has been 3 weeks now they haven't sent the email when you talk to them they always say they are busy with it, sending email doesn't take forever to type. I want my money back clearance warehouse.
