Bad service

Before i bought the bed i asked if it was available in stock they said yes (in centurion branch) and will delivered withing 5-7 working days after payment (7/10/2020) then i was surprised to get communication on the last day (14/10/2020) it was supposed to be delivered that my stock only that day from supplies which means they lying about the bed been in stock. Today (21/10/2020) i have sent an email, call them and chat to them on their WhatsApp business account no response.
